The earlier, the better – especially for full itineraries or peak seasons (2-6 months is ideal). That said, hotel-only bookings and light add-ons can often be handled last-minute if availability allows.
How early should I get in touch to start planning?
Begin with a Destination Consultation ($200) – a focused planning session where we explore your travel style, narrow down destinations and determine which service best fits your trip. If you book The Journey or The Details within 60 days, this fee is applied toward that service. If you choose only The Stay or decide not to move forward, it remains a standalone fee.
I’m not sure where I want to go or what I need. Where should I start?
For The Journey, a 50% deposit begins the planning process, with the remaining 50% due upon itinerary delivery. The Details are paid upfront. The Stay is complimentary – hotels compensate me directly.
How does payment work?
Two rounds of revisions are included for custom itineraries (The Journey). Additional adjustments can be added as your trip evolves.
How many revisions are included?
We'll stay connected via email and shared documents, with timely responses and clear updates at each stage of the planning process.
How will we communicate throughout the process?
I finalize all reservations, confirm details, and deliver your digital itinerary with everything you need — confirmations, timing, contacts, and recommendations.
What happens after I approve the itinerary?
Yes. I'm available for emergency support should anything come up – from last-minute changes to on-the-ground questions. You're never on your own.
Are you available during my trip?
